Well on the boys side the best sprinters are easy, Aaron Roberts and Josh Kraner from Heath. In fact, they are probably the best from Licking County ALL TIME. Roberts wins 3 individual state titles, places several other times, Kraner places in the 200 and 400 several times, and they team for 4 relay state titles and a team state championship. After them, Wade Kirk, then both Baisden's from Watkins, then probably the LH relay guys in Ward, O'Cain, and Dusper. Honorable mention to Baker from NC and the Northridge relay guys from the mid 2000's. Granville's group from the last couple of years (Alderman, Becher, Link, Harrison, etc.) would warrant a nod as well.

I would have to say the best area distance runners would have to include Aaron Adcock from Heath, Chris Harrod from Valley, Both of the Prescotts from Newark, I remember a really good kid from Watkins around the Adcock/Prescott era also, The kid from Northridge that graduated around 06 was a really good miler
